Weight distribution system # RP66074 would work well for an enclosed trailer, but will not be compatible with your boat trailer if it is equipped with a hydraulic (surge) brake coupler.
A better system would be the Reese Steadi-Flex Weight Distribution System # RP66560. This offers the same tongue weight capacity as the # RP66074 system you were looking at, but the friction sway control would be compatible with your boat trailer setup if it has surge style trailer brakes.
If your boat trailer has an extended tongue, however, you will want to do a little measuring to make sure you would be able to install the frame mounting brackets for the weight distribution system appropriately. The brackets would need to be mounted between 27-32 inches rearward of the coupler.
I have included installation instructions for the # RP66560 system so you can see how it would be installed.
If you find that your extended tongue will not allow you to install the brackets directly to the trailer frame, you may be able to use pole tongue adapter # RP58393, but you will definitely need to measure to determine if the adapter can be mounted so that the brackets are installed at the proper location.
You will also need a hitch ball to complete your weight distribution system.
If your trailer uses a 2 inch hitch ball, I recommend part # 63018, or if your trailer uses a 2-5/16 inch hitch ball, use part # 19286.
