2004 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 This is a picture of my current wiring harness - will it fit into the Pollak HM40975? Tks

Yes, the # HM40975 that you referenced will fit the connector in your picture. The picture is pretty blurry though. So if you are needing to replace that harness as well the part # HM40975-11998 comes with the connector with wires that could get hardwired to the connector in the picture if you were to cut it off.
