Question:
My truck came with power mirrors but they were heated can I run the heated mirrors on my truck or is it a separate wiring harness

You cannot upgrade to a power/heated mirror if your OEM mirror is not already equipped with those functions. Basically the part # KS61070F will fit your 2003 Ford Super Duty truck, but it won't give you any additional mirror features that your previous mirror didn't already have.
