Replacement Tow Mirror Recommendation for a 2006 Ford F-150

Question:
2006 Ford F150 XLT Super Cab, I have standard power mirrors, no signal, no heat, no puddle lamp. I have been told if I buy replacement tow mirrors with turn signal, puddle lamp, and heated. That only the heated function and may be the puddle will not work unless the wiring for the dash switch is installed. That all the other functions are already wired, but may need fuses. Furthermore, K Source offers two other part numbers I cannot find on your Web Site. Can these be ordered, and at what cost? Pn. KS61185-86 and KS61187-88 Also can you check with K-Source or Fords expert to determine if the information I have been given on the wiring being in place is correct? Thank You

You cannot upgrade to a power mirror with turn signal, heat, and puddle lamp if your OEM mirror is not already equipped with those functions. This is what our contacts at K-Source have to say about installing aftermarket mirrors on your 2006 Ford F-150.
The # KS61183-84F that you referenced has been confirmed to fit your vehicle, but won't give you any more power options than you already have, even if the mirror has them. If you took your truck to a Ford dealer they may be able to sell you the harnesses you would need to give the mirror the additional features, but those would be dealer only parts.
I couldn't find any information on the two part numbers you listed as well.
