Question:
timbren TFRTT350 firestone F2550 between these two products, which would you say would work better for me. I have a 2000 F250 that I use to pull a 5th wheel RV, load on pin is 3100 lbs. The truck pulls the load fine, however, the RV really squashes my rear suspension, almost to the factory axle to frame snubbers when sitting static. thanks

For your 2000 Ford F-250 towing a 5th wheel trailer I recommend the Timbren helper springs but the ones you will need are # TFR150SDE because the other ones you mentioned are for Severe Service vehicles only.
Since you need support from towing a 5th wheel trailer the Timbrens are a better option than air bags. This is because the load weight and position will basically be exactly the same every time which is what Timbrens are good for. Air bags are better if you carry uneven load frequently and need to level the bed side to side.
I have linked a video showing installation of the Timbren springs and a link to an informational article on Timbren springs for you.
