You will want to be extra careful because just adding a transmission cooler and higher capacity trailer hitch will likely not get your Buick Enclave to the 4500 pound capacity. That much discrepancy in the tow package capacities suggests to me a difference in the drivetrain (motor, transmission) and/or the suspension as well as the rear axle. I can certainly help you out with adding a cooler and higher capacity hitch but you will want to check with a Buick dealer or GM technician to determine what makes up each tow package.

The most popular hitch for the 2010 Buick Enclave is # 75528. Please note if your factory hitch is welded on then you will not be able to add a new hitch. I linked a video showing how the hitch installs. I also recommend etrailer ball mount kit # 989900. It comes with 2 ball mounts; one with a 3/4 inch rise or 2 inch drop and one with a 2-3/4 inch rise or 4 inch drop. It also includes a 1-7/8 inch ball, 2 inch ball, hitch pin with clip, and a storage bag.

You mentioned that the vehicle already has a trailer wiring harness so you would not need to add another one.

For a transmission cooler the most popular option is # D13503. And you will want to add hose fitting # D13035 to avoid having to cut and flare lines.

If your Enclave does indeed have the factory 7-Way then to add a brake controller you will need the proper wiring harness and the controller itself. I recommend the P2, # 90885, and wiring harness # 3026-P. The P2 is easy to set up and use and reliable.
