Question:

will the Curt 2inch Trailer Hitch - Bumper Mount - 8-3/4inch Bolt Pattern - 5,000 lbs GTW fit a 2003 ford 150 xlt super cab..i look it has the main and 2 bolt hole one on each side

I have a solution for you, but the Curt 2" Trailer Hitch # E-3S that you referenced is a universal fit hitch so I don't have specific fit information on it. You can compare the measurements of the hitch that are in the picture I attached to the bumper on your vehicle to see if it will fit.

A better solution would be to go with a custom fit hitch specifically designed to fit the frame of your 2003 Ford F150. The most popular hitch we have that will fit is the Curt Hitch part # C14355. This hitch will fit without any modification and will give you way more hitch capacity then a hitch mounted to the bumper of your truck. I attached an install video for you to check out as well.

If you plan on doing some towing you might be interested in etrailer ball mount kit # 989900. It comes with 2 ball mounts; one with a 3/4 inch rise or 2 inch drop and one with a 2-3/4 inch rise or 4 inch drop. It also includes a 1-7/8 inch ball, 2 inch ball, hitch pin with clip, and a storage bag.
