The Draw-Tite Class III hitch you referred to, part # 75270 uses Class 8.8 M12x35mm bolts with a 1.25 thread pitch. The bolts would fasten to the weld nuts that are welded to the inside of the frame members.
When you install the hitch, take some time to remove any dirt, grime and road boogers from the threads of the weld nuts. I'll link you to an install video.
If you'll be towing with your hitch, you might also need the following to complete your towing system:
Trailer wiring harness with 4-pole connector, part # 118438
Ball mount, part # 2753
1-7/8 inch trailer ball, part # 19260
2 inch trailer ball, part # 63845
