The Yakima Roof Rack in the video you referenced has been discontinued by the manufacturer. If you have the double cab, then I recommend the following parts for a Yakima roof rack: # Y00426, # Y28TR, # Y06125, and # Y06128. The locks to secure this are # Y07204.
This roof rack could be used in conjunction with a truck bed ladder rack like the Thule Xsporter part # TH500XT for your 2013 Toyota Tacoma. This is an adjustable height ladder rack that will let you perfectly match up the height of the ladder rack to match the roof rack.
