If the Freightliner chassis is a Sprinter then none of the hitches available, see link, are rated for 10,000 pounds. They max out at 7,500 when using weight distribution. You will also want to consult the vehicle owners manual for the towing capacity because it the vehicle is not rated for 10,000 pounds it won't matter if a hitch is rated that high. You always go by the lowest rated component in the system.
If the vehicle can handle 10,000 pounds then you will have to get a weld-on truck hitch. I have included a link to them as well. The weld-on truck hitches should only be installed by a qualified professional welder.
