Need pins that attach blue ox to car. Have 5000 lb hitch thank you

It sounds like what you need is a base plate kit to attach your Blue Ox tow bar to your vehicle. Without knowing what vehicle you have it would be hard for me to tell you which kit exactly you would need since they are all custom fit to each vehicle. But if you follow the link I attached to the right you can enter your vehicle information and all of the correct kits will be listed there.
