I spoke with my contact at Surco and they told me they make only one hinge for their ladders.
We do carry the replacement hinge for the Surco ladders. It is part # SPN-422. These are made of aluminum and fit 1 inch tubing. There is a quantity of 2 in the package.
I was unable to find a reference to the number you asked about.
