Question:
I have a LQ 3 horse trailer, EW is 9,000, max loaded would be 15,000. Would the converta-ball hitch handle this as tongue weight since it is rated to pull 30,000? Thanks again

The Convert-A-Ball Trailer Coupler # CG is rated for 30,000 lbs of total trailer weight and 4,000 lbs of tongue weight. If your horse trailer's weight falls is under those capacities this coupler would work well for you.
Tongue weight of a gooseneck trailer can be up to 25 percent of the total weight. You will need to confirm you tongue weight is under 4,000 lbs before you use this coupler.
