It's hard to say exactly when the last H78-15ST tire was made, but it has definitely been a while. Long enough that if you found some I would not recommend you use them on your trailer.
For a modern tire size equivalent you would want the 225/75-15 like the # AM10303. Check out the review video I attached for more info.
