I have been looking at the A-frame jacks and want to ask, is this one painted and the other is zinc plated? Thanks

The etrailer.com jack # BTJA-5000S-B is powder coated. It is rated for 5,000 pounds, have 15 inches of lift, and installs in the 3-hole mounting flange. I have linked a video review of this jack for you.
