It is very easy, as you just use the included clamps to secure the Caprock to your roof rack crossbars. The clamps are secured to the channels under the platform, and can be positioned wherever needed to accommodate the spacing of your crossbars. And because they mount in those channels there won't be any interference with the top of the platform, leaving it completely free to mount your accessories. This only requires two crossbars so the Thule WingBar Evo Roof Rack for Flush Rails # TH94CG will allow you to mount it on your 2025 Yukon XL AT4. I see you also picked up extra feet # TH710601 and a fit kit # TH95JW. Were you planning to use them separately to mount the Caprock? The # TH94CG is a complete roof rack that includes the feet, fit kit, and crossbars.

The Thule Caprock Platform Roof Rack for Crossbars # TH76XE that you referenced requires a set of crossbars on the vehicle roof that run from side to side. But I have a better option that makes a lot more sense for you. Thule has a version of this tray that installs without requiring crossbars that is custom fit for your Suburban with the part numbers # TH98YE, # TH710601, and # TH95JW. This essentially mounts the tray to roof rack feet that attaches directly to the flush rails of your roof.

Is It Possible To Install LED Light Bar On The Thule Caprock TH76XE?
Yes, you can mount an LED Light bar to the Thule Caprock # TH76XE you were looking at. It has built in channels on the front and rear to allow track mounted light bar brackets, or you can use wrap around U bolt style brackets if you'd rather do that as well. It'll really come down to what brand light bar you decide on and what brackets it includes. We nor Thule sell one specific to this rack so it will take a little creativity.

The bars measure 3-1/8" wide x 1-1/8" tall and the Caprock adapters work with bars between 3/4" and 1-7/8" tall and up to 3-1/4" wide.
