Michael: Hi, there. I'm Michael with etrailer.com. Today, we're going to take a quick look at the replacement hardware kit for your TracRac sliding ladder rack base rails. This kit is going to replace the hardware needed to install the base rails for your TracRac SR or TracRac G2 sliding ladder rack on your short-bed truck. You can see that it works with the base rail models listed on the screen, as well as the ladder rack models that you can see there on the screen, so if you have one of those systems and you're needing some replacement hardware, it's become lost or damaged, whatever the case may be, this is going to be the kit for you.We are going to get four of these steel pocket nuts here, as well as four of these three-inch long socket head cap screws. We're also going to get eight of these 3/8th-inch long safety bolts, 24 of these plastic access plugs, and then four of these nylon washers, the rubber expansion blocks that you needed to fit into your truck bed.
Stake pockets are sold separately, they're not included in this kit, but you can purchase them here at etrailer.com. Otherwise, all the hardware that you could need is here so if you've lost maybe just one or two pieces you need in the replacement, getting this whole kit will give you backups for some of the others as well. This is without question the easiest way to install the Thule Tracrac tracks. I bought my rack secondhand, a couple years ago. I used these same parts from etrailer, to install the rack, along with a few odds and ends I used to make it like new. These parts are exactly what you need to do the job. Simple and easy. I highly recommend these parts, along with recommend etrailer for all of your parts needed. Great quality and easy to order along with fast shipping.

Everything matches the original kit and actually surpasses the original quality and material choice. I used this kit to install a trac rac from a previous truck. Just remember to order the rubber expansion plugs too.
Also the included Allen wrenches slips right in a 3/8th socket. Use a little impact gun to tighten up the rubber blocks

I still say etrailer is the best. I have been installing second hand Thule SR ladder racks on the trucks at company that need them. I buy any parts needed here and installation is a breeze.
