The oven works very well. The box was damaged during delivery (See pictures) but no damage or scratches on the oven.
Installation was challenging since I replace the original Sharp carousel in the slide out (No cabinet above). I built an adapter frame for the rear mounting bracket and secure the front with the 3 top screws, no modification or drilling of the oven enclosure. My RV is a Tiffin Allegro 30DA
Bought this to replace my Furrion of similar configuration. I couldn't be happier. It slipped in to the original wall bracket and the mounting holes were in almost identical. There was only a small modification required to get the top mounting screws to fit. I'm very happy with my purchase.
Perfect replacement that went in easy
A perfect fit replacing our Frigidaire that blows internal fuses. Delivered on time as quoted to a rural campground near Yellowstone. My only complaint is that it has a manufacturing date in December 2021 and has been warehoused a long time.
Ordered a microwave but meant to order a convection microwave. etrailer took the return and sent a convection microwave. The entire turn around took 5 days. Fantastic customer service. Best in the business.
We had a High Pointe before and loved it! This made the install easy!
Item received works as advertised. Very pleased. Only problem was how the unit was packaged for shipping. I had to return and item was replaced
The Highpoint convection microwave that I purchased was an exact replacement for the original unit in my motorcoach, as promised. In addition it was delivered in excellent condition and on time. It was really nice dealing with this company.
There are a few companies that come close to the customer service provided by etrailer. If they sell the product I need, l buy it from them.
This is a direct fit for the older High Pointe Over the Range RV Convection/Microwave oven. It was easy enough to install and I didn't have to modify anything.
The newer High Pointe Convection/Microwave has some nice features that our old unit didn't have. The first is the bright white lights under the microwave that have two intensity settings. The oven also has a higher max temperature of 450F.
I know a lot of folks don't like the High Pointe, but we had our original unit since 2014 and it worked good for the entire time until it finally failed and kept blowing internal fuses.
Microwave seems to function properly but when arrived the box was banged up and the back of the microwave was bent a little. We decided it wasn't that big a deal and installed it anyways. Now that it is installed we realized the back wall inside the microwave is slightly bowed in as well as the whole microwave is slightly racked towards the bottom left corner. This causes the bottom left of the door to slightly rub on the wall when we open the microwave door. It is still functional and such a pain to ship back We just decided to deal with it.
I’m bought this to replace an older GE High Pointe convection/microwave oven in our Renegade RV. It is an exact fit including the wall mount and existing screw holes in the side cabinets. It literally took longer to unpack the new oven from the box than it did to install it.
Works as expected
This unit has some issues. True temp when you are running on convection oven, it is 25 degrees cooler at any temp set. Panel has no back lights, so when you try to pick what temp you want you either have to remember or use a flash lite.
I would find something else.
Very happy with 3 day delivery to our somewhat remote campground. Replacement for failed microwave in RV, fit perfectly on existing support bracket. Works great!
Ordered, received damaged. Immediately called customer support, gentleman (James?) was very friendly and helpful! We talked I said it has damages that will not be seen I’ll try it out, after installing I turned lights on good, tried fan next and made a heck of a lot of noise. Called same gentleman and he said please box up and I will send you a return label, and will ship you a new one double boxed as soon as stock comes in. I shipped old one off and in less than a week without me calling to remind them a new double boxed replacement showed up at my house last night and I installed this morning.

etrailer did an excellent job, UPS shipped the Microwave and it was delivered with damage, the exterior of the box looked like UPS drug the box behind the UPS truck. etrailer took care of everything sent the replacement microwave and double boxed.Great service from etrailer! The next time i need parts, appliances ect. i will shop etrailer first. Thank you etrailer
