No staples to keep the flaps closed all corners taped, bottom and top totally taped closed and the sides had previous tears. When I cut open package the styrofoam was totally broken up as if the microwave had been previously lifted out numerous times.
Now the microwave, forward right corner was bent rearward and all the vent plastic moldings were broken. Left side of microwave side panel was dented in as if it had been kicked previously, and paint chipped. The back panel was dented in behind control panel and the tack welds were all broken down the welded Seam of the corner. And this was suppose to be a “new” item sent to me.
It would appear to me, since I have worked in logistics and shipping for over thirty years, that this item was a previous returned item, possibly several times for damage and your “PROFESSIONALLY TRAINED” personnel aren’t worth two shits at the jobs your upper management assigned them too.
I do have the names of the these people who I ordered from, who was assigned to ensure the package was new and serviceable, and the person who was in charge of shipping the item to me, that’s the SOB that should be “FIRED”!!

The only person who seem to know two shits about her job was the lady I talked to about returning this piece of crap. She was helpful but I could tell her ability was limited on how much she could help me by company rules and regulations.
Now the real shit about it all, she told me I would be responsible for getting it back to UPS for return and to get my refund. Which little did they know, all I have to do is call credit card co and dispute charge for failure to send proper item that was ordered. I had to drive 50 miles round trip to drop this crap at a ups facility so it could be returned. That cost me $14 in gas because most these worthless people couldn’t even do there jobs right the first time!!!
Very happy with 3 day delivery to our somewhat remote campground. Replacement for failed microwave in RV, fit perfectly on existing support bracket. Works great!
I had a horrible experience when I purchased a replacement Microwave for my fifth wheel. I purchased the microwave (combination microwave and convection oven) and installed it in my permanently parked fifth wheel on my lake property. The microwave worked fine. I left the next day, and returned a two weeks later. This time I went to use the convection feature, which failed to work. I call etrailer and they stated it was a warranty issue. They could not ship me a new one and pickup the original. I spoke to warranty and found out I would have to pay shipping both to their warranty center, plus send them money to ship it back. My lake property is approximately 60 miles away from the nearest shipping facility (UPS or FedEx). This is a very large microwave and I estimated the cost to ship it both ways would have ranged from $[XX]-$[XX] Plus I would have been without the use of the microwave for weeks if not a month or more.
I would highly recommend not purchasing any electronics from etrailer.
The first unit we received was damaged during shipping. Etrailer sent a return form had unit picked up. Three days later we received the replacement unit, which I asked to be double boxed to help prevent the unit being damage during shipping. The unit arrived in perfect condition and was a perfect plug and play fit to the one we had to replace due to a power surge during a storm. Customers service was great and very responsive and keep me in informed of our new shipment and delivery date.
Delivered, small ding on back, straighten, simple install replacing Furrion microwave. Works better, brighter inside and under counter lighting.
Ordered, received damaged. Immediately called customer support, gentleman (James?) was very friendly and helpful! We talked I said it has damages that will not be seen I’ll try it out, after installing I turned lights on good, tried fan next and made a heck of a lot of noise. Called same gentleman and he said please box up and I will send you a return label, and will ship you a new one double boxed as soon as stock comes in. I shipped old one off and in less than a week without me calling to remind them a new double boxed replacement showed up at my house last night and I installed this morning.
Very very happy with customer service the knowledge and friendliness is far better than I had hoped for
Terrible experience with this microwave. The convection oven is worthless takes forever, the microwave itself cooks the food in the middle. Just didn’t have time to replace it
Got invoice stating that my package would arrive January 11, I get an email the next day stating that I would be getting the package on the 12th, with no updates my package arrived on the 16th. This microwave was not double box like my previous purchase I believe there is some damage to this because it was not double boxed not a happy customer
We bought this unit and on delivery the unit was not functioning on the convection oven settings. We tried to contact a warranty service repair representative for this unit with no success. We even contacted etrailer with no success in there recommendations. I ended up that etrailer exchanged the unit for a new one again but this cost we shipping of $[XX] and the cost of removal and remounting again. I would recommend that anyone try to buy locally where you can get service on these units as etrailer has no way to help with repairs or service.
First I was shocked after ordering this oven at 3:30 in the afternoon that it was on my doorstep by 10:45 AM the next day with standard shipping. I live in Utah! As usual the customer service at eTrailer is outstanding. This replacement oven is the same brand as the one I am replacing which I honestly did reluctantly because of the issues with door switches and blown fuses the old model was known for. My initial motivation was the fact that the replacement model had the exact same footprint making the install easier. First impressions with the new model is that High Pointe seems to have improved on prior weaknesses. The door is not as difficult to open and close, the LED lights are a big improvement and the unit operates much more quietly. There are also several new features like sensor reheat which are welcome. I just hope that this one lasts longer than our last one.
Microwave fit perfectly. We really appreciated the video review of the microwave. Arrived as promised. Will definitely use etrailer.com again!
Oven arrived damaged, door not able to be opened. Awaiting reply from your customer service for a resolution.
Have had for only a few days and so far so good. Came with 3 dents. Only one shows. Hopefully the damage/mistreatment during shipping has not affected the preformance but we have not tried all the settings yet.
This product was delivered quickly. It did have a small cosmetic dent. I didn't send it back. It fit perfectly in the place the old one came out. Easy to install.
I ordered this Microwave Convection Oven and the first one came in damaged in shipment. Alex and the crew at Etrailer got busy and arraigned to have the old one picked up and returned. I didn’t have to do a thing. Then Alex arraigned to have a new one immediately shipped to me asap, in a double layer box and it arrived promptly and undamaged. Thank you Alex and the crew at Etrailer.
Nice unit fit in our fifth wheel like a glove.There was no dents or scratches not even on the box. The price was a bit high but well worth the peace of mind knowing it would be right Amazon had them cheaper
