Do You Have The Instructions For FMCM15SS And HP94ZR

Updated 09/02/2025 | Published 06/17/2025

Question:

I am building a camper van and looking at installing a combination microwave/convection oven. I see on your website both the Furrion FMCM15- and the High Pointe HP94ZR. Can you please share with me the installation instructions and owner manuals for both models? I am especially interested to know about clearance needed in a cabinet install and the need to vent the appliances. Also, there are a lot of notes in the reviews about dented/scratched appliances and that is concerning. Are these products properly packaged for shipping? Would it make more sense to pick up locally if possible? I live in Saint Paul, MN. Any guidance you could provide is most appreciated. Thanks Elizabeth Wehrwein

Hey Elizabeth,

I will attach the instructions/manuals for both of those microwaves below. Both models # FMCM15SS and # HP94ZR are similar in size being 29-15/16" wide and 15" deep. The Furrion is a bit taller at 16-3/8" and the High Pointe being 15-11/16" tall.

In terms of the damage during shipping, the microwaves are properly packaged out of our warehouse with every shipment. As well as coming from the manufacturer properly packaged. I wish I could promise every single one gets there in perfect condition, but I can tell you they are packaged well out of our warehouse. Picking up locally would be an option, we would still have to have it shipped to a store for you to pick up. In worst case if there was any damage we would take care of getting you a replacement quickly.

What vehicle are your transforming into the camper van?

Hey Elizabeth, Did you get a chance to review the installation manuals I sent over? I'm curious if they helped you decide on the right microwave for your camper van. If you have any more questions, I'm here to help!
