Hello again, neighbor. Steve here with etrailer.com. Thank you so much for joining me while we take a look at this Firestone Air Command System with the included heavy-duty compressor. Now this kit is a wireless kit. You're gonna use your smartphone instead of a remote. So, again, there's no remote included.
You have to use your smartphone. It works with iPhone, Android, those kind of things. It's just a simple app you download to use. Now this kit is what's called a Single Path system, so meaning you're gonna level one pair of air springs equally from side to side. We do offer dual path systems.
That's sold separately. That's another option you can look at if you need something like that. Now, again, you can adjust your air springs remotely using this kit. That's very easily to do that with the smartphone. The compressor's got a heavy-duty 150 PSI rating, and it's a very nice compressor.
They've got it all sealed up there. Very nice. It's not too heavy, so you're not really adding weight to the vehicle. The ECU or electronic control model unit here, it's been sealed up very nice for weather protection. It's gonna resist moisture, road chemicals, salt spray, extreme temperatures, hot or cold.
You don't have to worry about it with that guy. You're gonna get all your included air lines, wiring harnesses, all the hardware you see here before you. You get all your T connectors for the air line, and those are just simply push-in connectors so very easy to install. Takes a little time. Just follow the instructions that are included. You'll be okay. Trust me. Now this again is rated for 20 amps, and it's a duty cycle of 30%. It is, again, designed for use with Firestone Air Springs, although you can also use it with other brands as well if you so choose. Does have a nice one-year limited warranty, and it was assembled here in the US. Well, folks, I wanna thank you so much for joining me today. I found anyone with basic mechanical knowledge and common sense will have no problem installing this unit. I have had it for over a year now when carrying a heavy load in my pickup bed. Also when traveling with my 30 foot travel trailer it keeps the truck to the trailer well balanced and easy when pulling it on the road.
Total junk ecu and app do not work. Tried to reload app many times got it to work 1 time and never could again. Had my computer guy look at it he said the app was the problem. Looked at reviews of app and they are all bad.never buy a firestone product again. Expensive paperweight.
Great communication and fast shipping
The product seems to be great, I only have one problem, the 25' black air hose with fill connectors on both ends does not have any directions on how to connect to air pump its one lenght with no way to connect it directly to pump, any ideas or direction would be helpful, thank you Richard.
We manufacture whitewater jet boats, and this is an excellent kit when installing air ride seats for driver and passenger. The product is great, but the shipping was a little hard on the packages as some of the hardware was close to coming completely out of the box.
Service and communication were excellent and friendly. The item was shipped promptly and tracking information was provided. I initially ordered an incorrect part, and when I called to get the correct one on the way, a return authorization and UPS shipping form for the incorrect part were provided immediately. Thank you.
I recently purchased this compressor kit along with the AirLift Loadlifter 7500 XL air springs for my 2015 Silverado 3500. Installation for both is pretty straight forward but it did take me longer than I expected (about 8 hours total). They definitely help keep the ride height at factory designed levels & the auto leveling feature with the air compressor is excellent. I definitely recommend the wireless remote for the do-it-yourselfers as install doesn't require piercing the firewall to run wires for a switch. The wireless remote gives a digital easy to read screen that you can adjust while driving even. Overall I give this product a 5 star rating.
The control switches are kind of cheap And if you bend the hose at all the fittings will leak

I did not read the fine print that it doesn’t fit if you have an under bed hitch. Everything was sent and product looks great. Just can’t install it
