Absolutely pleased with this purchase. The video on how to mount it was exactly the way it went. I managed to mount it by just laying under the vehicle from the rear. With a little patience and determination it took about 30-45 minutes. Thanks for being so thorough, it was very helpful.
Looking forward to using the new installed hitch. 4 bolts and a video to follow along. Perfect assembly with no issues.
Avg time estimate of 30 minutes would be appropriate with two peopl, electric or air tools and a lift. I did mine by myself using hand wrenches and the hitch is heavy enough to be ackward for one person. My install took one hour. Quality of the hitch and instructions is excellent. No out of spec holes, good alignment and nice finish. I would do another without hesitation. My primary use is a bike rack.
This receiver was a perfect fit for my 2017 Buick envision. Installation took me a couple hours (since I did not have a car lift available). The install instructions were accurate and simple to perform.
The installation process went exactly as advertised. I'm very pleased with this product!
The parts came on time so i was happy about that. Watched the youtube video from etrailer on how to do it and completed the install without any problems. Besides not having the vehicle lifted and doing it solo, it was quite simple. I was nervous about the part where you have to hook the bar to the spring string and loop it through with the bolt threaded on, but it wasn't hard. I just bent the top a little about an inch from the thread spring. Thanks for the video because i probably would've paid at least 4x the price to purchase it from somewhere else and getting it installed

I went with this hitch because it’s so easy to install. Using the wire to feed bolt and bracket thru the two holes is a stroke of genius.

Only used it once so far but it worked well.
Just the right size for the wheelchair. Easy to put together.

Product is exactly as advertised. Nice fitting and easy install. Video showing actual install helps a-lot. Planning on using for bike rack I already owned. Would definitely recommend hitch.
I bought the hitch and the bike rack and they both work excellent .
After watching the video a couple of times and gathering the tools it took me only 35 mins to install the receiver. I have installed several receivers over the years and this one went the smoothest. The only issue I had was when my brother accidentally pushed the carriage bolt back inside the frame after removing the wire guide so I had to fish it back out.
Product delivered as described. Easy installation for a novice installer. Would definitely recommend!
As soon as I got it, we put it on. Just went by directions. Had it on in 30 minutes. Great buy!

Still working great! Just bought a cargo carrier from etrailer for our beach trip this year. We used someone elses cargo carrier last year with our hitch.
