Question:
I am looking at the following hitch Item # C13292 to install on my vehicle. My question is do you need a vehicle lift to raise the vehicle to gain access to the bottom of the vehicle to install the hitch ?

The rear of your 2017 Buick Envision sits up high enough that you would not need to lift the rear of the vehicle to install the Curt hitch part # C13292. In the linked installation instructions the vehicle is up on a lift but that's done just to make taking pictures a bit easier.
