Replace a damaged or worn-out step pad on your Westin E-Series 3" diameter step bar with this non-slip polymer plastic pad. The UV-resistant material will not crack or fade. 5 Barrel clips (included) are required for installation.

Ellen: Hey, everyone. I'm Ellen, here at etrailer.com. Today we're taking a look at the Replacement Step Pad for Westin E-Series Nerf Bars. This is just going to replace that worn-out, or maybe damaged footpad on your bars, so that you can complete the look of that, and replace out that pad. It's going to be constructed out of a non-slip polymer plastic. So it's going to give you a nice, solid stepping surface.It will have a couple of ridges here on either side to give us some grip, as well as the embossed or raised Westin logo there.
So we should have a pretty easy time stepping up and stepping down on this without any issues of slipping or sliding on that bar. The text is a little bit higher than the rest of this, so it should give us a good step there, a good tread.It also comes with the little barrel clips for installation. So we'll get five of these, one to go on each of those little prongs coming out. So you put that down over each one, and then as you push it in, the little tabs on either side will expand inside the bar and hold that in place. Of course, you do want to slide this all the way down, so its seated flush on the bar, on that little prong.
Again, it does come with five of those, so you can get that installed securely.And as far as the size, overall, it measures about 21 inches long from tip-to-tip, and then about 3 inches wide. Really, if we want to get more exact, it's more like 3-1/4. Actually, no. It really is right at 3 inches. And then the distance in between each of our prongs is going to be a little bit different per each one.
Between these two, it's about 3-5/8ths, and then 5-5/8ths, 6-5/8ths. Or 6-3/8ths, excuse me. And then again, 3-5/8ths. So it should fit that same step area on your pad. And that's going to do it for our look at the Replacement Step Pad for the Westin E-Series Nerf Bars..
The Westin Replacement E-series Step Pad with Replacement Barrel Clips, are easy to install. Just hammer in clips and insert pads. Pre-lubricate pad pins with dish soap. Push in one at a time for proper positioning. They look great!
Looks great once installed. Be sure to use dish soap on pegs... if one of the pegs get bent during installation it is toast. The end pegs are not very rigid and will bend and coating them with soap helps. I found out the hard way and $25 later.

I was having a hard time finding this product for my year truck. When I looked it up on etrailer the first one that popped up was the one to fit my 2004 Toyota Tundra. The step pad easy to remove and replace with the easy to follow directions etrailer sent with the product. Now that I know it fits I have to order 3 more. I purchased my truck new but the dealer had a local company install an aftermarket trim package that included nerf bars. The step pads eventually started to fail. Trying to find replacements for an unknown brand was iffy at best. When I found the Westin site they offered a diagram with exact measurements for the mounting points. Easy to follow instructions made removal and replacement a breeze and took less than an hour. Perfect fit!

WOW, Shawn B., one of your customer service reps did an EXCELLENT job of helping me get the correct replacement pad for my nerf bars. I looked high and low for them in many places and could not find them and was afraid that I would have to buy new nerfs. That is until I contacted etrailer and spoke to Shawn B. I forwarded the requested information about my nerf bar pads with photos and the next day I received the information on the pads that should fit. They were indeed the correct ones. It was earlier to put in then to take out, my set up where broken up but I figure it out and they look good. Tomorrow I’m going to order the other two then I’ll take some pictures and send them to.
Took way too long to get to my destination!!! But the product fit as described.

The replacement step pads for the Westin Nerf Bar are a great direct replacement part. Unlike the other parts dealers online, the etrailer.com part came with the mounting hardware, so everything came in one complete ready to install package. The parts were professionally wrapped for protection and arrived a day early.
I was very happy with my purchase from etrailer.com. My Westin step pads arrived very quickly through the mail and was able to install them without much difficulty. Overall it was a very nice process.
I am so pleased with the replacement pads for my running boards. I also want to thank the staff at your facility especially Meghan. The replacement step pad was exactly what I needed. The product description made it easy to confirm that it was the right replacement and installation was quick and easy. The hardest part was getting out the old clips. I would definitely order from etrailer.com again.
Fits the 4 inch inserts on my worn out running board pads. Only thing is that the ends of the inserts raise up just a tad even though I try to hammer it with a hammer and a cloth (can't find mallet).
product is good. i used this one as a universal fit for a different type nerf bars, its the only one i could find that is 21 inches long, same as original one. i had to drill new holes as the prongs dont match original holes.

Arrived sooner than expected and fit perfectly, it took a while to get the old clips out but only took about five minutes to install the new ones i was worried that they might not fit right because the nerf bars are truck champs but they were an exact match and also a little cheaper in price than anywhere else I checked.
It the second order I got for my truck and they both fit like there new thank you, and they where very easy to fit in.
