Get a tidy setup with 2200 cfm airflow from Derale. For the highest efficiency, mount as a puller between the radiator and engine, or switch to a pusher if clearance is tight, and always verify you have space for the fan dimensions. Pair with a Derale adjustable thermostat or a lighted switch for easy control.
Use a Derale adjustable fan-control thermostat with a radiator hose probe to set temperatures between 32 and 240 degrees. It includes the required hardware needed for installation. A Derale lighted switch lets you turn the fan on when you want. Towing can add heat, so plan your control settings accordingly.
No. For a 5.9 liter engine the normal CFM requirement is between 3400 and 4500, so 2200 CFM would not meet that. Check your engine's cooling requirement and choose the largest fan that meets it. Make sure you have sufficient room to install the fan and confirm dimensions before buying.
