Best Dodge Grand Caravan Trailer Suspension Parts

New suspension parts made a real difference in trailer handling. Original shackles holes were severely elongated, spring eye mounts were also needing attention. Thank you, etrailer for the needed parts and support.

These parts were a perfect replacement for my old rusted u bolts. I would recommend buying flat and lock washers to place on the u bolts under the nuts due to the holes in the plates being big enough that the nuts get a little torn up when you tighten them, also the nuts it came with aren't lock nuts.

These were a direct replacement for my 25 year old dump trailer. I removed the plastic bushings and used brass.

The bolt holes are not bored center of the lobes and are not 90 degrees to the stock. The egg shaped equalizers I am replacing have more material remaining on the thin side than the new ones I just received from etrailer. NOT HAPPY Must Resolve This Issue ASAP

The parts in the U-Bolt kits (I had two of them) fit perfectly, and I am very pleased with everything about them.

Looked under my trailer and the u bolts and plates wer rusted away, it's an old trailer so I had no details like make or model number. Called and talked to Kelly S. She was very knowledgeable and overly efficient! Got my parts super fast, the u bolts wrer very thick and the plates were even thicker. Quality parts at a good price. Good kit with the necessary parts to replace leaf spring suspension. I welded the hangers rather than bolting them. The parts are not coated for the price point so you will need to paint them or they will rust immediately.

I bought a axle, springs wheels, hubs etc. to build a utility trailer, I inadvertently had ordered incompatible hubs for the selected axle the person filling the order noticed this and contacted customer service to alert them of the issue who then called me to correct the problem. The holes to mount to top of axle fit fine. It's the holes the mount on the side, to the frame bracket are filled too low. They're off by half a diameter.

I purchased this item for 2015 micro mini with torsion axles.Simply put, the suspension lift for this trailer is no longer available.Three of the holes lined up perfectly.The 2 bottom holes and the one front one that bolts to the trailer. With an angle grinder, I cut the button rail of the lift kit with an angle gri der and had to drill the top hole of the bracket on the trailer to install the fourth screw and torque all bolts. It fits and operates perfectly and my minor mini went from 6 inches of ground clearance to 9 inches of clearance at the lowest part of the trailer. A beautiful retro fit for an item that is no longer available for purchase anywhere!!! If.your handy with an and grinder this modification is possible with this kit and well worth it!!! Sorry no photos as of yet.

Some of the pieces in this kit are of questionable quality. In particular, the threaded center of the nuts are not round, and will not thread on to the bolt. The kit comes with 14 of these nuts, and 7 of them are unusable. This is unforgivable, considering the issue has been reported at least since 2023, as there is a review and accompanying photo on 05/16/2023. So if you buy this kit assuming the problem has been corrected, you will be mistaken. Other than this issue, the kit seems to be acceptable.

The equalizer bar was a perfect fit, replaced the rusted out original, exactly. E trailer also had the best price and cheapest shipping...which showed up 2 days faster than expected!!

It turned out I needed to adapt the shock kit to my trailer's frame design, so I had a welding shop make mounting brackets which are bolted on to the frame, with the shocks then bolted on. I spent, as I recall, around $130 for the welding and installation, but the shocks work work well, the ride is better, and the trailer sustains less punishment from poor or potholed roads. I'm glad I installed this kit and recommend it.

Not a trailer, but... We needed a set of shocks for a three-wheeled motorcycle truck conversion for our resort/farm in upper Thailand. I had to pack it in my luggage for the trip over. The vehicle came with no shocks on the back axle and the ride was really bad. This kit, with a bit of modification, really did the job and the ride is now significantly better in terms of smoothness and handling. Shocks were a bit long, but it worked out OK.

Just what we needed to replace the old rusted shackles when installing the new leaf springs.

I replaced the equalizers, shackles, bushings, bolts, and nuts on an old trailer. Everything fit properly without modification. Product quality was excellent.

I spoke with Trevor, Thursday the 11th, I have 1set, 2 PCs, of shackle straps that are shorter than the other 6 shackle straps. I have been waiting for An email from Trevor, have not received it. Could I get the correct straps sent 2 PCs needed. Thanx

This hanger kit and leaf springs for my tandem boat trailer was PERFECT! I did one side at a time. Once we got the old crap off the trailer, reassembly was a snap. It took about three hours from start to finish. Most of the time was spend removing the frozen center bolt from the old equalizers. I'm very happy I opted for the two center bolts to be "wet bolts". These fit perfectly on my triple axle Kaufman trailer where I replaced all 4 of them. I got some commercial quality spray paint and painted them black. I'll also include some pictures of my old ones that were original with the trailer. You can see they definitely needed to be replaced! I always use etrailer for my trailer parts. Everything is good quality, fits perfectly, and arrives on time.

Trash !!!! 4 equalizers and just one it’s holding the weld now I’m losing money because my trailer suspension its not functioning

I have a 2001 travel trailer and I had a spring break on the front axle, thank God I was only a quarter mile from home.
