Swagman XTC2 Bike Rack for 2 Bikes - 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches - Frame Mount
Product good quality and various features were as clearly advertised. Shipment was very quick (within 3-5 days) even with the standard delivery method selected.
I appreciate the expeditious delivery of my order...received it in 3 days at no charge when I specified standard delivery. Installed today by myself by supporting the exhaust and hitch with assorted scrap lumber. The videos provided by E-Trailer were most helpful. Only minor disappointment is that you can not center the bike behind the vehicle on the Swagman XTC 2 as the manufacturer specifies that the hold down hook should be mounted at the lowest part on the top tube which is at the intersection of top tube and seat tube. As a result, the bike protrusion from the side of the car is more pronounced on one side. I will definitely recommend E-Trailer to friends and associates.

Thule Hitching Post Pro Bike Rack for 4 Bikes - 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches
I had a damaged part on my bike rack. I was able to talk to a customer service rep by phone. They requested a photo of the damaged part and a replacement was sent very quickly. To my surprise, it was not just the damaged part but an entire rack replacement. I've purchased from etrailer before and they will definitely be my first go-to for vehicle accessories. Great customer service and quick shipping!
Customer service was great in helping me out with picking the right bike rack for my car. Thanks Josh for your help. So far the bike rack is doing well. Installation was easy. Will see how it goes in the next couple of months and write another review.

Thule Passage Trunk Bike Rack for 2 Bikes - Hanging Style
Package arrived in poor condition; not sure i've ever seen a package so mangled with so much packing tape having been applied to keep it together. Worse, one of the wing adjustment knobs was missing, so i had to call Thule to get another one. Delayed gratification - can't try it on my or my wife's cars until the knob arrives in a couple of days. The instructions look straightforward and i should have no problem in using it.
Excellent and prompt customer service! When I first ordered my product it wasn’t in stock— staff were quick to let me know and offered me comparable products. I ended up waiting for my original order and shipping quick and they stayed in touch with ideas! Thule: The instructions could be a little more detailed. I ended up watching YouTube videos to help me instal. Overall it was easy, and this was the first rack I’ve ever installed and I did it by myself! I was surprised to learn the bike rack is in no way secured inside your vehicle, so.. I store it in my garage when it’s on.

Swagman Trailhead Bike Rack for 2 Bikes - 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches - Tilting
etrailer has the best pre- and post-sales customer service I've ever seen! I started out not knowing anything about hitch-mounted racks. So I wrote to etrailer telling them about my car and type of hitch I was about to have installed. Samuel wrote back with lots of great information tailored specifically to my car. He even included a photo that looked just like my 2017 white VW GTI with a hitch and rack installed. Okay something of a coincidence. But the rest of the assistance I got from the crew at etrailer was just as prophetic. I went into this a novice and came out knowing lots more about hitches and racks and finding the rack best suited to my situation. I have a small car, a class 1 hitch and a heavy mountain bike. I got exactly what I needed. As to the Swagman rack itself, it works fine. If I had a different situation I would probably buy a platform rack as they are easier to load. There's no reason to buy a bike rack anywhere else.

Swagman XC2 Bike Rack for 2 bikes - 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches - Frame Mount
Great bike rack! Does a great job but not as unbelievably heavy as the Hold Up. One thing----the directions were somewhat like Ikea's--not a whole lot of helpful descriptions about what screws/nets/bolts were for which part in the construction process. The pictures were miniscule and impossible to see but apart from that--I love the rack and it is solid as a rock.
does what it's supposed to do and you're not paying for the name, just the product!

Saris Bones Hitch Bike Rack for 4 Bikes - 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches - Tilting
This is the first bike rack I have ever owned. The rack will be used primarily for me to transport my bike to training rides and triathlons. Occasionally, we will transport 1-3 additional bikes if my husband or sons want to go on a ride. In the past, I had to remove my front wheel in order to fit my bike inside my 2013 Toyota Highlander, and we weren't getting more than one bike in there. I went with the Saris based on the recommendation of a triathlon coach/mountain biker. My husband and I mounted the rack onto the car without difficulty. It is easy enough to get on or off by myself, which is useful since we will not be leaving on the car permanently. Thankfully, with it mounted, and the arms folded down, my 2013 Highlander fits into the garage with no problem. One useful feature that I discovered is the ability to position the arms closer together for my shorter bike. I attached photos of the arms attached all the way wide, or a little narrower. I noticed just a minor amount of movement of the rack while I drove, but it was mostly while I went through a construction zone that has a lot of bumps. Even then, it didn't seem unstable. Additionally, I used a small bungee cord to strap the front tire to the cross bar of the bike, to reduce the movement of that tire. I would recommend the Saris Bones Hitch without reservation.
Holds 3 light bikes comfortably. Adjusting semi rigid straps a bit difficult for me, depending on angle. Hitch rattles some tho I imagine it needs this amount of "give." Recommded by a friend I trust.

Swagman Trailhead Bike Rack for 3 Bikes - 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches - Tilting
Draw-tite Sportframe Trailer Hitch Receiver Class I - 1-1/4 Swagman Trailhead 3 Bike Rack - Tilting The Draw-tite Sportframe class 1 trailer hitch and Swagman Trailhead 3 bike rack were ordered for a 2017 Honda Fit. The online order and shipping went just as expected. The trailer hitch and bike rack are very heavy duty. I recommend watching the trailer hitch install video before installing, whereas the video is very helpful. The bike rack has triangles that you can rotate to find the best fit for your bicycle's frame. The rubber straps are thick and secure the bicycles when you pull them tight. This bike rack will stay on the vehicle for 6 months each year. The tilt feature and folding arm feature are must haves for a smaller hatchback. I am pleased with this purchase, it appears to be good quality and good value.
What our customers are saying:
"I ordered a trailer hitch and a bike rack carrier the order was shipped with in three days. To put the hitch on only took about 30 mins. only had to drill two 1/2 holes. fit like a glove."
