Dexter Bronze Bushings - Qty 4
Installed these with the Lippert AP wet bolt kit and Road Armor Shock Absorbing Equalizers. No more clanking and banging from the trailer going down the road and especially making tight turns.
I think Dexter, and by association, etrailer is selling junk parts. These are supposed to be "bronze" bushing. Even the Dexter packaging states "BRONZE". They ARE NOT bronze. They're cheap'azz steel bushings. Well I take that back they certainly aren't cheap. You can see in the first photo the old bronze bushing(these are Dexter original bushings that came with the HD wet bolt set-up several years ago) compared to the steel bushing now included in the HD shackle kit. Still doubting? The next photo shows the Dexter "BRONZE" bushing firmly held by a magnet. Still have doubts? How about a picture of the "BRONZE" bushings still in the Dexter packaging firmly attached to a magnet?

Nylon Bushing - 9/16" Inner Diameter, 11/16" Outer Diameter - 1-3/4" Long
Excellent service and quick delivery and great price, all looks good, thanks for helping me out with these items that I can't find around my area anymore,AES
Bushings quiet the trailer for a short period of time. Bushings wear out and squeaks return quicker than I expected.

Equalizer for 2" Wide Slipper Springs - 12" Long - 7/8" Center Hole - Zinc Plated
The products I received were exceptional. First class and top of the line. But I had to ship them back. Was my own fault. I ordered the wrong size. . Even the process to order them and receiving them was a pleasure. Never had such and easy experience before when ordering products on line or on phone. Even shipping it back had me blown away at how easy. The sales rep, Lori, is ver profession and knowledgeable and very polite and courteous. Was a joy to deal with. Wish all companies were modeled like y’all’s.
Easy to install about 10 min start to finish. About 45 min to replace 4 thanks E trailer.

Single-Axle Trailer Hanger Kit for Double-Eye Springs - 3-1/4" Front, 7/8" Rear
I am sorry but I can not remember names but I talked with two very helpful ladies and could not have been happier with their assistance. Thanks again, the trailer build is going great.
My 6' x 10' landscape trailer was a homemade by a prior owner. While it was mostly constructed very well, the spring hangers were not correct. The spacing for the springs was also wrong, and it had very little fender clearance. There was also evidence that the spring U-bolts had contacted the frame on occasion. (I do not carry loads anywhere near the 3500# axle rating.) I added an extra set of holes on the front hangers in case the ride height proved to be too much, but I like the way it sits with the stock holes. I don't think I'll be utilizing the extra holes. This kit was just the ticket to increase the suspension travel and fender clearance on my landscape trailer. Now it "sits right"!

CE Smith U-Bolt Kit for Mounting 2" Square Trailer Axles - 4-1/2" Long U-Bolts - Zinc
Arrived well packed and as advertised. I'm going to pull the azle out of the boat trailer and wanted to have this 'on hand' should I break some of my U bolts. I've bought from you before - always been happy, thanks
Worked perfect for mounting a storage box to my boat trailer.

Tandem-Axle Trailer Hangers for 1-3/4" Wide Double-Eye Springs - 3-1/4" Tall Front
Worked for what I needed. No issues so far.
These are the lippert brackets, I bought for spares just in case I was to break one in travels. Alsome product.

CE Smith U-Bolt Kit for Mounting 2,000-lb, Round Trailer Axles - 4" Long U-Bolts - Zinc
Was a perfect fit for my trailer. The original axle was rated for 1500 lbs, was very hard to find bearings for and took weeks to get. After the other side failed, I decided to upgrade to a 2000 lb axle that had common hubs and bearings. No regrets.
U-bolt kit met all expectations. "Shiny" nuts and lock-washers screaming "offshore" sourcing. I replaced with eight (8) grade eights, probably made off shore as well. This will likely last the life of the trailer.

Single-Axle Trailer Hanger Kit for Double-Eye Springs - 1-1/2" Front, 7/8" Rear
This is a great kit! It included everything we needed to replace the old, worn-out brackets on our 6'x10' trailer. The directions were helpful and the brackets and hardware are nice and solid. We've had zero issues with the leaf springs (purchased on etrailer.com, also) or the brackets. Would definitely recommend!
Excellent, had everything I needed and more for my trailer. Everything fit well!

Nylon Bushing - 9/16" Inner Diameter, 11/16" Outer Diameter - 2" Long
Fast shipping for regular mail and right product. I say a review from another purchaser that said to get these with the 2” X 10” and an 1/8 swan equalizers, good thing I ordered these also. After 25 yrs and about 2000 cords of firewood I rebuilt my Western Dump, everything fit perfectly. Thank You! Pictures-Worn out parts and new installed
Excellent spring quality for my custom motorcycle trailer. Arrived quickly. Glad I ordered a nylon bushing though. It didn't come with one for the open ended side and it should have.

CE Smith Rear Hanger Bracket for Trailer Slipper Springs - Galvanized Steel - Bolt On - Qty 1
It works fine for my application.
Exactly what I needed. Great service and fast shipping. Thanks.

CE Smith Front Hanger Bracket for Trailer Slipper Springs - Galvanized Steel - Bolt On - Qty 1
I used these 'front' brackets for both front and rear ends of my leaf springs, because I couldn't find a bolt-on rear bracket. I had to bend 1/4" offsets into each of my rear shackles to make the rear brackets work. I added a spacer between my shackles to keep them perpendicular. The original rear clip was 1-3/4" wide on the outside and the shackles were outside the clips. I used 3/8" bolts to attach the brackets to my 3"x1-1/2" steel tube trailer frame. The bracket mounting tabs are drilled for 7/16" bolts, and I would have preferred to use 7/16" bolts, but I couldn't find that size at my local hardware stores. I moved my axle forward to rebalance my boat trailer, because I put a smaller engine on which made tongue weight way too heavy. I went with bolt-on brackets because I could do it myself (I don't have welding equipment). Overall, I'm satsified.
Good quick service and reasonable pricing

Spring Seat for Typical 3,500-lb, Round Trailer Axles with 2-3/8" Diameter
It looks like it will fit my 1954 Jeep CJ3-B Dana 44 axle tube, although it is 1/8" wider than ideal. Thanks

Rear Hanger with Bushing for Single Axle Trailer Suspensions with 1-3/4" Double Eye Springs
I think etrailer is Great. I think their customer service is fantastic. My wife and I were in Arkansas, 1200 miles from our home in Ft. Myers Florida. I replaced the original springs on our trailer with new heavy duty springs, but never changed the hangers or bolts. Our trailer was riding very poorly, we needed new hangers and bolts badly because we were headed on a very long 9000-mile trip with many stops all the way to the Monterey CA. etrailer found us a UPS Store along our route to send us the parts that we needed. Many thanks to etrailer for great parts and Fantastic customer service and for helping us with our most Wonderful Adventure!
Product was as advertised and work perfectly. I like your company and have purchased many items from you. The shipping was very good and arrived shortly after the purchase.

Replacement Shackle Strap - 2-5/8" Long
I was very disappointed when I received the shipment from etrailer and only half the parts were there. When I made the order I was told everything was in stock and would be shipped.
Easy installation holding up well.

Lippert Center Point by Trailair Air-Ride Suspension Upgrade - Triple Axle
The reason for the average rating is the shipping of the parts. E-trailer needs to change how these heavy parts are shipped. A cardboard box doesn't work. You can not depend on UPS or FEDEX to handle shipments with care. They think "Fragile" is a french word for throw and if the box is heavy it will get abused for sure. E-trailer was helpful with getting my parts that were missing from the busted up boxes but it was slow moving. Now as for the parts, ( Not E-trailers fault)The ones that were laser cut needed work so we could get the shoulder bolts through the holes. One of the brackets was welded crooked.I am fortunate since I have a laser and deal with this everyday. I also drew and cut my own gauge plate so I could mount both gauges to one plate. I appreciate all that were involved just hope you make changes to how these parts are shipped. I would recommend wooden crates and LTL shipping. Tested the bags overnight and no leaks. Cant wait to see how my fifth wheelpulls and I hope I dont have screws and trim falling off my walls any longer!!! Ha HA

Dexter Trailer Springs Over-Under Conversion Kit
Great kit! Installed this on my 1995 Jayco Fifth Wheel and it really improved the ride height with my truck. It’s been on 2 round trips from Texas to Montana since and many other trips locally with no issues.
Our trailer was so low...that it could not make it up a low curb and some driveways - especially when fully loaded. Went with the Dexter axle flip kit. The Dexter bracket and base plate pieces are worth the extra $20-$30 compared to other similar kits - they make fitment easier, eliminate any guesswork on placement, and decrease installation time because of it. Took 2-3 relaxed pace hours for us to do single axle install. Tools required were ratchet/wrench set (13/16 deep socket worked for us for most of the bolts), cheater bar (for working those rusty bolts off), drill, angle grinder (cutter disc for oem u-bolts and leaf spring bolts that are rusted or welded in place, stripper disc for cleaning area around new bracket for welding) welder, floor jack and jack stands. We had to remove the leaf springs, as the wheel mount brackets would not fit through the openings. Was hoping we wouldn’t have to, but it was pretty simple to do. We jacked the trailer up. Removed the wheels. Removed the axle. Cleaned the axle area where new brackets go. Set the height and placement of the new Dexter brackets. We left the OEM brackets on the axle and placed the Dexter ones in the exact same position 180 degrees on the other side. Welded them on. Reinstalled leaf springs. Reinstalled axle, reinstalled wheels. Then voila! We added 6 full inches of height. Super awesome.

Dexter Tandem-Axle Trailer Hanger Kit for 2" Slipper Springs - 38" Axle Spacing
This kit (a dual kit) changed my view of Dexter as a quality-first manufacturer. etrailer simply sells it, they don't make it, so they aren't to blame. This kit is made specifically for mounting Dexter's General Duty 9,000 lb axles in tandem and is different from kits made for 3500 to 8000 lb axles. It provides extra axle tube to frame clearance to accommodate the 4" axle tubes used on their 9k and 10k GD axles. It uses beefy 7/8" equalizer pivot bolts and 5/8" spring eye bolts. So far, so good. Until you pay over $350 for it and receive a suspension kit with absolutely ZERO lubrication provisions! Seriously, Dexter?!! The bolts provided are all just grade 5 hardware store plain jane dry bolts. Not even grade 8. Dexter sells 7/8" greaseable "wet bolts" and even their lighter-duty hanger kits include greaseable wet bolts. But even if I paid etrailer the nearly $XX apiece they want for them (they're half that price elsewhere), there is literally no way of putting a square-shouldered carriage-style bolt, which they are, in the round roles this hanger kit was manufactured with without modification. As for the 5/8" spring eye bolts, only a great deal of internet searching will find any wet bolts the right diameter, and they'll be the wrong length. Those 4 bolts are about $20 each plus shipping. So, by the time I pay a machine shop to square the equalizer bracket holes on and buy all the wet bolts, or have them made, JUST so I can lubricate this expensive hanger kit in hopes of it lasting more than a very short time on a trailer that often grosses 20k, I'm going to have over $500 invested in it, not counting all the extra wasted down-time. This kit was supposed to solve my trailer suspension problems, not create more. FAIL!!
I purchased the 7 leaf sliper spring to replace my old ones. etrailer had all the parts needed to rebuild my trailer. The parts fit perfectly. The people there are very knowledgeable about the trailer parts and what is needed and what will fit when replacing old worn parts. I would stronly recomend etrailer for any of your trailer needs.

Lippert Center Point by Trailair Air-Ride Suspension Upgrade - Tandem Axle
Installed slippers Center Point system on out Alpine 3101RL 5ver. The install is straight foreward if your mechanically inclined. Now about the lack of instructions, nothing shipped from Lippert. etrailer provided a link to help with that. I do prefer printed instructions opposed having to scroll through my phone with dirty hands. The torque specs provided by Lippert don't align with normal torque charts for said fasteners. The banana shackles are very thin and unplated, they are just raw steel. For the cost of the suspension Lippert cound do better on the shackles in this kit. Lippert recommends in stalling the air gauge for the air bags outside, however to gauge is a cheap plastic model. I feel it would have a short life span exposed to the elements. The good now, it seems robust and likly to help absorb road shock. I have not had our 5ver on the road yet. But I will leave more feed back when I have. I purchased this suspension system after finding a broken main leaf on our front tandem. I replaced all of our leaf springs bushings and bolts with the wet bolts Supplied in the kit. FYI Lippert neverfail bushings fail in less than 7k miles. We are not over weight.
Just installed the lippert center point and I have to say very impressed on how well it’s built. Super easy to install and I can’t wait to take it down these California roads and see how much better it rides. Installed on a 2022 jayco eagle Ht 29.5 BHDS
