It sounds like you have one of two possible issues with the Lippert Power Stance Electric Trailer Jack # LC89VR.
First there is a fuse on the power wire that is not present on the Auxiliary Power Cord # LC79VR. Be sure to check the fuse.

The Curt Triflex brake controller is known to have more problems than other brake controllers so I would not rule out the problem being the controller.
Testing the brake controller is fairly easy. Sever the blue brake output wire near the brake controller leaving enough room to reconnect it and then apply the manual slide. Hey William, the closest jack set we have to your Atwood setup would be the Reese powered landing gear part # RP500708 which is the only dual motor setup we have that has same mounting bracket dimensions as what you currently have. You would need to replace the switch setup you have now with what comes with this kit but aside from that it's a similar setup.

Hey Ryan! I sent that information to Lippert and despite the weight rating of 2,200 lbs it has a 3,500 lb axle spindle. I thought that was the case since LCI35 indicates 3,500 lbs but usually the axle rating isn't that much lower. Based on this information the correct replacement bearings are the # BK2-100 or if you want the Timken version # TMK52VR.

You will need to reach out to FIC Jack Services to see if they have a replacement. Hey Ken! It definitely sounds like it is time to replace your Dometic AC. The Advent Air you're referencing has been phased out since everything switched to R32 refrigerant this year. On top of that, we no longer recommend simply swapping out the rooftop unit unless it is the same brand and model due to compatibility issues. If your trailer has Global Link locks and you know your key code we can get you replacement keys. To replace a door lock or storage lock you'll need to measure the cutout hole to see what what would fit. On the back side of the latch you should be able to remove a few screws and pop off the whole backing plate to see the cutout hole. You can measure the width and height and then we can see what fits. There is a good reason why you are not able to find a good replacement. The RV air conditioner refrigerant went from the R410a to the R32 this year. The R32 is more efficient making it better for the environment and the consumer, a win-win in my book.
The downfall to the new refrigerant is that you can no longer use the R410a parts with the new R32 parts, so this will require for you to get a whole new set-up.
