Hello Mike, thanks for reaching out. It sounds like you have duo-therm (Dometic) AC system since your thermostat says duo-therm. Our best option for replacing this is a Furrion AC unit either # FR42PV for 15K BTU or # FR82PV for 13.5K BTU. These units come with a conversion kit that makes it directly compatible with your duo therm AC system. I was able to reach out to my contact at Demco with that information, and he said that in order to swap everything out to get brakes on your tow dolly it would end up costing about the same as getting a whole new dolly, so it would make more sense just to go that route instead.

Hey Paul! Your Dometic Duo-Therm is an old R410A unit. Since everyone had to switch to R32 refrigerant due to the 2025 EPA regulations there are no plug and play replacements available. The new units aren't backwards compatible so the only option is complete replacement with a new system.
