Hey Tracy. Sorry, but we do not have a replacement OEM ladder for your motorhome. The closest option I have is the Stromberg Carlson RV Exterior Ladder item # LA-401BA. It measures 99-1/2 tall x 12" wide and has a hinge that can be installed where the two ladder pieces join.

I am sorry Thomas but we do not have any replacement parts available for your Thetford Aria 19425 toilet. Really the only option I have for you is to replace it with the Thetford Aqua-Magic VI RV Toilet item # TH37SE.
The Thetford item # TH37SE installs on flanges that are as close as 7-5/8" from the wall. You'll want to verify this before ordering. It measures 20-3/8" tall x 15" wide x 17-7/8" deep.

I am sorry but we do not sell replacement slideout fabrics in that size unless you have the Solera RV Slide-Out Awning - 163" Wide - White item # LCV000163301. In which case the replacement fabric would be item # LC49VR.
