There are many stereo units like the Jensen # JRV9000R that will allow for camera inputs, but we don't have any Kenwood units to confirm for them. The camera inputs are for hardwired inputs.

The brake lights on the trailer use the same wire as the turn signals. If your trailer had reverse lights, it would have at least a 5-Flat connector. Since it only has a 4-Flat, you will have both turn signals, brake lights, and running lights, but no reverse lights. A 4-Flat connector is the standard for trailers and reverse lights are not common on most small utility trailers.

You are correct that the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver, part # C13429, is not rated for use with a weight distribution system and should not be used with one.
we used to carry a Hidden Hitch that was the only hitch we had for your 2000 Lexus RX 300 that's rated for weight distribution.

The trailer does not need to be physically attached to your vehicle's trailer hitch to properly test its rear signal lights. As long as all the wiring is correct and connected between the tow vehicle and trailer, everything will test just fine without actually attaching the trailer coupler.

Tekonsha 4-pole wiring kit # 118245 is the correct OEM replacement harness for the 2003 Lexus RX300 with factory tow package. If you checked the fuse and tested the pins on the 4-pole plug and have no power on any of the 3 circuits I suggest you unplug the harness and test the OEM connector on the vehicle where this part plugs in.

These provide great traction, install relatively easy, and also provide great clearances. Most likely you are fine and the difference in angle is due to the trailer sitting higher on one side than the other. I would still verify that the spring hangers are the same distance apart on both sides of the trailer, and that none of the other trailer components are not worn out.

I have an easy to use trunk mounted bike rack option for your 2001 Lexus RX 300, but no trunk rack is going to allow you to open the rear door with the rack installed.
