The Curt # C11389 is confirmed to fit the 2021 IS 350 and the 2020 IS 300 but not your 2021 IS 300 AWD. Unfortunately, nobody makes an aftermarket hitch that fits the 2021 Lexus IS 300. It looks like the Lexus IS 350 is the same generation from the model year 2021 to 2022 so since the Curt Hitch # C11389 fits the 2021 model you shouldn't have any issues for the 2022 model either.

No, the # C11372 fit the Lexus IS 350 through 2012. The last year that they made a hitch for the IS 350 was 2021. There might have not been a high demand for them, or the IS 350 is no longer rated for a hitch.

I have a similar bike rack that will work well for you, but the Dr. Tray part # Y02474 that you referenced will only fit Class II 1-1/4 inch trailer hitches and the Curt hitch part # C11372 is a Class I hitch.
