I reached out to a representative of Yakima who told me that for the 1-1/4 inch diameter round crossbars of a SeaSucker roof rack like the # 298-SX6000B, the Universal MightyMounts for Yakima Roof Mounted Accessories # Y03590 will fit around them.
They did caution that the MightyMounts not be the "best" fit and could roll a bit on your round bars but this is the only adapter that will allow you to use Yakima accessories on round bars that are 1-1/4 inches in diameter.

The Thule Rapid Tracker Foot Pack # 753-2157-02 is for the older style of Thule roof racks that used the AeroBlade crossbars. Since Thule has phased this system out and there are only a handful of parts still available like this single Rapid Tracker foot, I recommend using a whole new roof rack that comes with the current parts.
