The kit you're looking for to add a Rhino Rack Pioneer Platform and Back Bone system to your 2016 Land Rover LR4 is available with part # RR83AB; this kit contains the Rhino Rack 52107F Pioneer Platform and RD4B1 Back Bone kit. These have been confirmed to fit your LR4.
You could also get a 56" wide platform with part # RR75TB and use the Rhino-Rack Backbone Mounting System for Pioneer Platform - Land Rover LR4 # RRRD4B1.
