Hi, Ive found the following Thule Tracker feet on your website, Replacement Railing Foot for Thule Rapid Tracker Foot Pack Item # 753-2157-02, that will fit my existing Thule system on my 2010 Land Rover LR4. I also need the roof rack / cross bars that will work with these feet, but am not sure what that is specifically. Do you carry the rack / cross bars that will work for these tracker feet / my vehicle? Thanks for your assistance.

The Thule Rapid Tracker Foot Pack # 753-2157-02 is for the older style of Thule roof racks that used the AeroBlade crossbars. Since Thule has phased this system out and there are only a handful of parts still available like this single Rapid Tracker foot, I recommend using a whole new roof rack that comes with the current parts. This is the only option available as the parts for your LR4 aren't available.
Since the Rapid Tracker is for a track system these are the parts you'll need for a new Thule roof rack for tracks on your LR4 roof:
