A vehicle like your 2019 Honda Pilot that has lift gate sensors has several of these positioned along the rear bumper. The Dometic model B59516 is showing up as a Brisk II 15K BTU unit so the only thing you'll need to check is what style connector your current unit has. If you remove the cover for the air distribution box inside the trailer you should see the controller and a wire harness hanging down from the rooftop unit that plugs into the controller. It sounds as if there may be a blown taillight fuse or you may have one of the fuses or a relay installed in the wrong position on your 2009 Honda Pilot, after installing the # 118491 T-One connector.
