So if the price is better on the E24ZR that would be the better option and what I would go with but for your setup you would need an additional adapter. The Curt # C13900 is width adjustable, determined by where the bolts are installed in the crossbar of the hitch. If the hitch is assembled in its narrowest orientation as explained on page 3 of the linked instructions, it'll fit on frames that are from 31-33-1/2 inches in width. This orientation would compatible with the 32 inch frame width, however you might need to drill holes in the underside of the frame for the mounting hardware.

Yes, from what I see your 1996 Geo Tracker does indeed have a separate wiring system. But wiring harness # HM41245 is designed only for the Tracker to tow a trailer and not for the Tracker to be towed behind an RV. You will need a different wiring harness.

Think of base plates the same way you would any vehicle specific part. Specific models of base plates are designed to fit specific vehicles and cannot be moved to other vehicles. The Roadmaster base plates # 1146-1 will not fit a 1995 Geo Tracker. You would not be able to modify them without compromising their integrity. Doing so would make them unsafe to use and may not even be possible depending on just how different the two vehicles are underneath.
