For your Duncan Towmatic II Stowbar, The RoadMaster Base Plates to Duncan Towmatic II, Karbar and EazAligner Tow Bars Adapter # RM-038 will allow you to connect to the Roadmaster XL Base Plate Kit - Removable Arms # 1012-1 that are a fit for your 1999 Tracker. I recommend using Loctite Threadlocker # LT37420 for this install.

I also recommend you use the RoadMaster 68" Single Hook, Coiled Safety Cables - 6,000 lbs # RM-643 for this application.

For your tow bar wiring, I recommend the Roadmaster Diode 7-Wire to 6-Wire Flexo-Coil Wiring Kit # RM-15267. This will use your factory vehicle wiring and give you a clean 6-way for other connections and use a coiled wire for clean connection between your Tracker and your motorhome.

For your braking system, I recommend the SMI Stay-IN-Play DUO Supplemental Braking System - Proportional # SM99251. This will allow your Tracker to brake with the same intensity and at the same time as you hit the brake pedal in your motorhome. It is an easy install and requires no adjustments following the initial installation. It becomes a plug and play system.

You will want to make sure your vehicle is towed as close to level as possible. I've attached a link to help you find the correct ball mount for your coupler on your tow bar.
