Wayne, it does not look like the Greystone Built-In RV Convection Microwave # GR27FR include a mounting bracket. I actually wasn't able to find one at all for that model. They make one for their smaller # 324-000106 microwave, but nothing for the larger model.

The correct pivot arm position will depend on the clearance between the nose of the camper and the cab of your truck. I have included some pictures below to help illustrate.

Gen-Y currently only shows their 5" Offset # GY43XR only fitting the 2017 and newer Ford Super Duty trucks. I have included a drawing with the dimensions for this below you can check and see if it will fit your 2012 Ford F-350. Hey Kelly. The Lippert 2" Accessory Receiver Hitch for Up to 66" RV Frames item # LC78DX does not come with installation hardware. I checked with Lippert and they said that this hitch is intended for use with RVs that are prepped for a hitch, meaning there would already be brackets welded to the frame of the RV.

The closest thing we offer is an air conditioner unit that comes with a heat strip as opposed to a full heating function. But the way it works is you'll just turn the dial on the distribution box to the heat setting and the fan will blow hot air from the heat strip. There are a couple options for that, depending on what color you want:
