We do have easy to install trailer wiring for your 2020 Buick Envision with the Tekonsha kit part # 118725 which plugs in easily to a connector at the rear of your vehicle and comes with the needed relays to activate the trailer wiring but the Draw Tite hitch for your vehicle # 76300 does not come with trailer wiring as not every trailer hitch application ends up being for towing. I could not find any relays which are silent or quieter than the relays you have.
