I do have a hitch option for your 2021 Q3 S-Line, but the Draw-Tite DT62GR isn't going to fit properly, unfortunately. I am not 100% sure what it is about the S-Line that changes the fit, but it definitely makes things a little more difficult.

You’re absolutely right: the higher tongue weight-rated Draw-Tite hitch part # DT68MR does require cutting a square into the fascia so the receiver can pass through. And I totally get not wanting to cut into the rear of your Audi, that’s a big reason why many Q3 owners go with the Stealth hitch part # 391AUDQ319 instead.

If your bike rack doesn't have an adapter to fit a 2" receiver you will also need the Trailer Hitch Receiver Adapter - 2" to 1-1/4" # e58YR. Once installed, the only portion of the Draw-Tite # DT68MR Class III hitch that will be visible from the rear is the receiver tube and the safety chain loops as you can see in the photo I fetched from the instructions. You will need to do some trimming of the rear fascia as shown in the linked install instructions.

In order to maintain a factory look, I recommend the Stealth Hitches Hidden Rack Receiver # 391AUDQ319. This hitch as a hidden cross tube so you will only see the receiver hanging down on your Audi.
