Hey Sherry, yes the Hidden Hitch part # DT62GR that you referenced that fits a 2025 Audi Q3 does work with the hands free liftgates. With the lower hitch opening installed you would need to kick to either side of the hitch tube but with it removed the range wouldn't be affected at all.
