Today on our 2012 Prevost, we'll be doing a test fit on the ClearPlus Heavy Duty Wiper Blades. Part number CP78281. These large heavy duty blades are made to match the curvature of your RV's windshield. The suspension design helps your blade have full contact on the windshield while you're on the road. The vented frame prevents them from being lifted up during high speeds. The natural rubber squeezy has a graphite coating and is resistant to cracks, tears, and splits.
Now they come in a quantity of 1, so be sure to pick up a second one for the other side with the same part number. Now this is what our old windshield wiper blades look like. Now we can check our our new ClearPlus Heavy Duty Wiper Blades. You'll notice a clean, streak free wipe. To begin our test fit let's go ahead and remove our old windshield wiper blade. We can bring the arm down like so.
By getting it down here you can see the hardware that we're going to have to remove. You will have to provide your own tools to do so. You need 1 wrench to hold 1 side, and you need a wrench to hold the other side. It shouldn't be on there very tight. We just need to get it loosened up.
Then we should be able to remove it by hand. Remove that flat washer. We can just pull the bolt out and then it should slide right off. We can go ahead and remove that spacer as well. Now we can bring out our new ClearPlus wiper blade. It's going to come with it's own sleeve.
We just need to clip it on like so. Then we can line it up and put it in place. It's also going to come with new hardware. It's going to go in the exact same way. Just make sure you line up the holes. Put one side through. Go ahead and push it all the way through so it comes through on the other side. We'll put on our flat washer followed by our lock nut. Then we can take our tools and tighten that down. You want to be sure not to over tighten. Just get it nice and snug. Once we've got that side done we can go ahead and fold the arm back up, and repeat the same process for the other side. Now this side we've actually got a little sprayer bracket here. Once we've got our bolt through we can actually bring that back up. Then set it in place. Pretty simple. With that side being done, let's go ahead and check it out. That's going to complete our test fit on the Clear Plus Heavy Duty Wiper Blades. Part number CP78281, on our 2012 Prevost.

These blades are a perfect fit. They are high quality, metal and not plastic, and each comes with a stainless steel shoulder bolt and nylon insert stop nut. I was not expecting that. Excellent value overall.
Needed replacement Wiper Blades for 20007 Winnebago Adventurer 38J.
These installed on well although the bolt and nut supplied were too big circumference for the arms on the Winnebago I just reused the bolt and nut already on the arms.
I did a quick test of the wipers installed and seem to work fine. I will give them a more thorough test during the 6,000 mile trip to Arizona and back this Winter.

After modifying the wiper blades so that they would fit, they have been working great.
I ordered what was supposed to be a confirmed fit but when it arrived it was not compatible with my wiper arms. I contacted etrailer and they provided contact information for the supplier who replaced the wipers with ones that would fit my motor home. Bottom line, the issue was resolved within a week. I've been needing new wipers but alway putting it off. You don't remember that you need until you get caught in the rain. I finally decided to order wipers. I checked online and the web site said that I needed 26" blades. I measured mine and they were 28". I called in to your 800 number and talked to Kim. She assured me that she knew for a fact that the 26" blades would fit, so I decided to order them. She was absolutely right. They fit perfectly. Etrailer has the fastest shipping on the planet. Wiper Blades
Although I spoke with a representative regarding my vehicle, I had to modify the wiper blades by drilling the hole larger and adding spacer washers for them to fit properly.
Had a little trouble getting wipers on. Hole in motor home blade arm was smaller than bolt in wiper blades
I had to use a different bolt that fit.
