Well based on the purchase and speaking to a customer service rep for strainer, my parts where not the right ones. Had to order them from someone else. The electrical components did not connect to my turn signals and that is a major importance to a customer they should be able to click on. And the hitch sits way back into my bumper.

Item #C56397 is working great! The only issue that I ran into was trying to follow the installation instructions, my connections were not behind the panels. I had to remove the plastic housing for the lights to access the connections. Once I figured that out the project went smoothly.
Fit perfectly and was quickly installed by my mechanic.
