I am sorry to hear that install did not go more smoothly Brian! Can you please elaborate on what extra modifications were needed? We like for our information to be as accurate as possible, under the tech tips I see: -No drilling through vehicle frame required for installation. -Product does not fit models with ride height sensors . -Designed for vehicles with Dual Rear Wheels only. Can you please also verify that your 2024 Sprinter 3500 does not have the ride height sensors, and that you do have the dual wheels. Once I gather this information I will be reaching out to Pacbrake directly to get better answers =)
