Hey Daniel,

The kit you were looking at is for single rear wheel applications, so for your 2013 Mercedes Sprinter 3500 dually, you'll instead want the Pacbrake Alpha XD Air Bag Suspension Kit - Rear Axle - 7,500 lbs # PB79RV. This comes with everything necessary for installation and will do a great job of keeping that rear end level while reducing some sway.

One thing to check is whether your Sprinter has factory ride-height sensors. This kit isn't compatible with those models due to interference with the factory suspension equipment.

If you do have ride-height sensors, another option worth checking is the SumoSprings Solo # SSR-338-54, which replaces the factory bump stops. I have SumoSprings on my Nissan, and they've worked really well!

Are you experiencing quite a bit of sway, or is it mainly sagging in the rear? We also have anti-sway bars that can help with handling.

A little sway but what I’m trying to eliminate is the rough ride in the back seat/bed. You feel every bump or expansion joint on the road. Thx

@DanielS Ok gotcha. Yeah the suspension enhancement should help keep it from bouncing so much.

So the sumo springs and newer shock rather than air ride?
