Jeff: Hello, everybody. This is Jeff at etrailer.com. Today we're going to take a look at these warm white multi-directional 1003, 1141 and 1156 LED bulbs, with the single contact bayonet base. And it is for a quantity of two bulb. Now these are premium LED tower bulbs, which will upgrade or replace the 1003, 1141 and the 1156 light bulb to help provide nice, warm white lighting.These bulbs are great for side hanging or overhead applications. They are a multidirectional design, which means they'll provide a 360 degree lighting around the whole bulb.
And it is a 12 volt bulb. Has many applications for your RV, trailer, boat, or your vehicle.They do use LEDs, which will make great replacements of the incandescent bulbs. The LEDs are rated up to 50,000 hours. They're more efficient, provide brighter light with less power output. And of course, no bulbs to replace or brittle filaments to break.Now, at the end of this video, I am going to hook this up to some 12 volt power just to show you how bright the bulb is.
These bulbs are compatible with dimmable fixtures for a nice, simple adjustment of light brightness. They do offer a built-in surge protection to safeguard internal electronics. And they are a single contact bayonet base, which installs into a compatible 15 millimeter socket with a push and twist motion.And it is a non-polarized design for easy installation. So you could install it into the socket any direction, it'll still light up. It is for a quantity of two bulbs.
The light output is 320 lumens. The bulb type again, is 1003, 1141 or 1156. The base type is a BA15s. The light type is warm white. Color temperature of 3,500 kelvin.
And it does use nine LEDs per bulb. The wattage is three watts. It is designed to replace up to a 25 watt halogen bulb. And the power draw at 12 volts is 0.25 amps.So what we're going to do, is we're going to go ahead and hook it up to some 12 volt power. We'll do our single contact at the bottom, and then we'll take our ground wire. And you'll notice when we touch the side, that will light up the bulb. So you get a nice, warm white color.What I am going to do is go ahead and turn off the overhead lights, light the bulb up again. And there, you can see the nice 360 degree lighting around the whole bulb. Nice, warm white color. And we'll go ahead and turn back on our overhead lights. But that should do it for the review on these warm white, multi-directional 1003, 1141 and 1156 LED bulbs with the single contact bayonet base for a quantity of two bulbs.

Compatible with dimmable fixtures. Built-in surge protection. BA15s base.The bulbs look great. But they didn’t fit in the light sockets in my camper. If they didn’t have the flair where the bulb housing meets the base, or if the metal base was just a little bit longer, they would have worked. But, being that 1003 is a fairly common auto bulb size, I’m sure I’ll find another use for them.

These are nice bulbs- same size and appearance as the 1141 incandescents I replaced in the interior lights in my camper. I have a battery monitor and these draw @ 0.2 amps vs 1.5 amps for the 1141's! Plus the LED's are a little bit brighter.
Nice replacement for the 1141 incandescent bulbs in my RV interior. Nice lighting, lower power consumption, and much less heat in the fixtures.
Replaced outside porch light on a living quarter horse trailer. Very bright. Nice to have a spare bulb since two bulbs come in a pack.
Finally an led that is bright enough to see In my trailer. These are a warmer white and the perfect brightness. A bit spends for two but I’m going to buy more anyway because they are the brightness I am looking for. Now I hope they last. Shipping is fast with etrailer too!
Replaced 16 incandescent bulbs with these. Amazing the difference in lighting in the living area, much brighter and the power converter fans don’t even kick on with all lights on. The garage only has three 12v fixtures, but still made a big difference.
Perfect replacement for my original incandescent bulbs. Same warmth and brightness without any of the harshness of some LED's If you like your originals, you will like these.
