You've been around trailers long enough to know what happens when you skip the details. This lock slides into your stamped Demco eZ-Latch coupler and stays put when you're towing down the highway or parked for the night.
This lock will only work with Demco eZ-Latch couplers that are stamped and not cast.

Hi, everybody, Andy here with etrailer.com. Let's take a quick look at this InfiniteRule Trailer Latch Lock for your stamped Demco EZ Latch Trailer Coupler. Now, this flush-style lock is going to fit your stamped Demco EZ Latch Trailer Coupler, and it's gonna secure your trailer to your ball mount. And this does have a weather-resistant tethered dust cap that's gonna keep water and debris outta the keyway. You are going to get two keys included here. And just to give you a brief demonstration of how this works, I'm gonna go ahead and just turn that key counterclockwise like I'm unscrewing a bolt.
And as you can see, it's loosening up already, and then that's going to allow me to separate this and then run the lock through. I did wanna show you that we do have this O-ring that's gonna protect the internal components from dirt and grime. And then when you have this secured, you're just going to connect it back up and then turn the key clockwise, and that's going to tighten it up, as you can see. And then once it's tight enough, you just wanna line the key up with the nearest set of hash marks that are around the ring. Hopefully you can see there.
I think I've got it lined up here, the hash marks at the top and the bottom, so that allows me to easily remove the key, and then I'm just going to cover that keyway back up with that cap. Now, this is a heavy-duty stainless steel construction, so it's gonna hold up really well for you. Being that it's stainless steel, it's gonna resist the elements that it's gonna be exposed to. The diameter of that pin is a 1/4 of an inch. The inside pin length or the span is right at 2 15/16 inches, so almost three inches, inside to inside.
And then looking at the pin depth, see if I can show that to you. Right at about 2 5/8 inches or so. So, again, it's a high-quality lock that I think is gonna hold up really well for you. If you happen to have any other questions, whether it's about this or any of the other items that we carry here at etrailer.com, don't hesitate to reach back out.
