This pre-wired LED clearance light assembly mounts right on the fender to clearly mark the widest point of your trailer. The amber LED faces forward and the red LED faces rear, giving you visibility from both directions. Nice bright lights. Black is positive and white is negative. The packaging didn’t specify the polarity. With incandescent bulbs the lead connections don’t matter, but these LEDs won’t light up if connected backwards.
I have ordered several products for the re-wiring and updating of by 10000 lb sailboat trailer. I have ordered electric brake kits, wire terminal boxes, led lights, etc. The shipping is incredible and fast, and the products are well made.
The lights I received were just as shown on their website. I have NOT installed the lights yet, but the mounting, and wiring appears very straight forward. The shipping was very fast, as was the filling of the order. The company seems very service and customer oriented, even sending a note when they received word that my package had been delivered to me. I plan to send a picture or two along, once the lights are mounted, and working.
The clearance lights work very well on my boat trailer.
I felt like the trailer needed a little more visibility and these Lights did the trick. Would recommend etrailer anytime products of this type are needed.
Fast shipping on this product, easy to install the lights,used the trailor at night and the lights on the fender were bright and beutifull,didnt take a picture of the old lights on the trailor they didn't work half the time anyway. Also put new tail lights on very bright, Will buy from them again have another one to do. THANKS again etrailer great product!!!!!
