  While you should not have to use adhesive to get the lens to stay on the # MC32ABB, you could use a bit of a silicone sealant to keep the lenses stuck on and sealed. That way you could probably peel of the sealant without too much trouble if the lenses need to be replaced. With any stronger adhesive I would be concerned that you would not be able to remove the lens without damaging something.
